Cancellation & Refund Policy
Charlotte AHEC adheres to the following cancellation policy:
• All refunds are subject to a minimum $25 cancellation fee.
• Registrants cancelling between 2 weeks and up to 48 hours prior to the workshop will receive a 70% refund (minimum $25).
• No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the workshop.
• No refunds or credits will be given for no-shows.
• Substitutes are welcome (please notify us in advance of the workshop).
• Cancellations MUST be made in writing (fax, mail, or email).
