Healthcare professionals and anyone interested in learning the process for creating new habits
Most people think you must have willpower to change our behavior. That's not entirely true. A Stanford scientist created a breakthrough method to form new habits without relying on willpower or motivation. In this workshop you will learn an easy process to create new habits that can have a lasting impact on your health and well-being.
After participating in the initial workshop, participants will invest 5 minutes a day for 5 days practicing and refining the tiny habits they have chosen to work on. Participants will receive a daily check-in and personal guidance from the instructor.
Workshop participants will meet virtually for a second session on October 27th at 9:00 am - 10:00 am for a discussion of what worked for them and how they can carry their tiny habits forward.
The Charlotte AHEC is authorized to award 4.75 hours of pre-approved ACHE Qualified Education credit for this program toward advancement, or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
