Description

Project ECHO will connect local clinicians with sickle cell experts to learn skills to deliver high quality evidence based sickle cell disease care using this proven tele-monitoring model. The goals of this activity are to close the gap in provider knowledge and comfort with caring for sickle cell patients, increase the number of providers willing to provide quality evidence based care for sickle cell disease patients.
