Target Audience

Physicians, healthcare / practice administrators, office managers, managed care professionals, nurses, QI personnel and all interested professionals who want to use Lean to improve quality, increase productivity, reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction by eliminating waste and creating value

Description

Introduces participants to the main goals of Lean and how these goals are pursued. Participants will engage in various activities to highlight and reinforce the steps in the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) process that can be used in their work.
