The goal of this statewide initiative is to inform health care providers and others of the existence and benefits of NCCARE360 both for COVID-19 response and for the on-going coordination of social service needs; and to provide training and support for its use. NCCARE360 is the first statewide coordinated referral network aimed at connecting healthcare and human service organizations.Its deployment began prior to COVID-19 but has been expedited to cover the entire state in response to COVID.
