Individuals, teams, and organizations thrive under courageous leaders, who are curious, confident, and focused on potential. Join us in this introduction to Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead™ curriculum, and learn the skill sets associated with courage.

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program. Brené is a research professor at the University of Houston, where she holds the Huffington Foundation – Brené Brown Endowed Chair at The Graduate College of Social Work. She has spent the last two decades studying courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy.

The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. This half-day workshop will provide an introduction to the full 16-hour curriculum, and cover topics related to building trust in the workplace, recognizing and managing shame-based behaviors, and the importance of clarity around the values that guide the ways we live and work.

Who Should Attend?
• Those who manage, inspire, and train teams
• Those who want to live and work in ways aligned with their values
• Those who aspire to be trusted, brave, effective leaders.
