This activity reviews the previous six sessions and identifies the key concepts to plan for implementation and evaluation of healthcare outcomes. The North Carolina AHEC Program has provided funding for Charlotte AHEC to take the lead on a statewide effort to provide education and resources to primary care providers focusing on screening and management of mental illness in adult patients.
This activity is offered at no cost and is grant funded by the NC AHEC Program.
