Description

Stress is a ubiquitous and unavoidable part of life, yet it can significantly impact our physical and mental health, as well as our relationships and work performance. This three-hour presentation will provide a comprehensive overview of stress management, focusing on brain-based skills and using nature for grounding relief. Participants will learn about the stress cycle, the isomorphic relationship between organizational stress, personal stress, and brain-based stress management skills to improve client outcomes. Activities will explore nature-based techniques for stress relief for use in the development of a comprehensive stress management plan meeting their needs.
