We will review the functionality of the clinical portal and how you can access clinical information and support decision making. We will also cover ways NC HealthConnex helps close care gaps as you strive to succeed with value-based care. You do not need to have a participation agreement with NC HIEA or a portal login to join.

Registration will close two hours prior to the start of the webinar.
