    • Explain what disease modification means in myeloproliferative neoplasms.
    • Evaluate disease modifying interventions in the treatment of myeloproliferative neoplasms including but not limited to stem cell transplant.
    • Identify optimal therapy for MPN patients with currently available therapeutic options.
    • Analyze novel therapeutic strategies/agents in myeloproliferative neoplasms.
    • Assess management considerations unique to younger patients with myeloproliferative neoplasms.
    • Examine management of less common myeloproliferative neoplasms.
