Social workers, psychologists, licensed professional counselors, educators, school personnel, mental health professionals, clinicians, health and human service practitioners, and other health care professionals.

Let’s break the silence and spark a new conversation—menopause is not just a phase, it’s a powerful journey every woman deserves to navigate with confidence and support. This is a comprehensive, community-centered workshop designed to raise awareness, provide education, and foster open dialogue about menopause. This training aims to normalize conversations around menopause, reduce stigma, and equip women, families, workplace supervisors and healthcare providers with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate this natural developmental life stage for women with confidence and support.

  • Outline the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of menopause.
  • Discuss evidence-based information to assist clients, patients, or employees to make informed health decisions.
  • Recognize the importance of engaging communities in open discussions to dismantle myths and reduce stigma.
  • Identify resources, support networks, and healthcare services to assist menopausal women.
