The Case Management Review Course provides a comprehensive examination of the fundamentals of case management practice and its application within today’s complex healthcare system, including health systems, managed care organizations, and other settings across the continuum of care. This course serves multiple purposes: it helps professionals prepare for case management certification exams, acts as a refresher for those already working in the field, supports directors and managers in educating their teams to enhance effectiveness and demonstrate value, and promotes awareness among all healthcare team members about the critical role of case management in improving care delivery.

Anne Llewellyn, MS, BHSA, RN, CRRN, CMGT-BC, BCPA, FCM
Anne Llewellyn is a registered nurse with over forty-five years of experience in critical care, risk management, case management, patient advocacy, healthcare publications, and training and development.
Anne is a leader in the area of Case Management and Patient Advocacy. She was the President of the Case Management Society of America from 2003 to 2004. She was awarded the organization’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2015 for her service to the case management industry. She is a founding member of the Case Management Fellowship Program, which was launched in 2021.
Anne is board-certified in Case Management by the American Nurses Association. She is a Board Certified Patient Advocate of the Patient Advocate Certification Board, a Certified Registered Rehabilitation Nurse, and a member of the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses. Anne writes and speaks on the practice of case management and patient advocacy, educating consumers about their role as patients within the complex healthcare system, both locally and nationally.
