The Community Resiliency Model Teacher Training (CRM TT) is an intensive five-day program designed to prepare you to teach CRM through formal workshops. This training includes:
• Comprehensive Learning: Dive into the six wellness skills and core concepts of CRM.
• Interactive Experience: A blend of lecture, discussion, hands-on practice, and student teaching.
• Follow-Up Support: Post-training consultation to ensure skill proficiency and teaching confidence.
Upon successful completion, participants will earn provisional certification as CRM Teachers for six months, based on demonstrated proficiency using the CRM Fidelity Instrument, as assessed by a CRM Senior Trainer.

*Resiliency in Communities After Stress and Trauma (ReCAST II) is a program within the Mecklenburg County Department of Public Health. ReCAST II is a 4-year SAMHSA funded program. Its goal is to create a more resilient Mecklenburg County by supporting trauma-informed care in the roots of the community, increasing access to quality mental health care, and supporting the work of community violence prevention.
