Objectives

• Understand the Transition Model: Differentiate between Change and Transition
• Recognize the Emotional Responses to become adept at identifying the emotional landscape associated with transitions, to compassionately support team members in fostering a more empathetic workplace
• Cultivate tailored strategies to effectively steer the transition process, focusing on reducing resistance while simultaneously nurturing a culture of acceptance
• Enhance essential leadership competencies, learning how to communicate change initiatives with clarity, inspire confidence among staff
• Promote a Growth Mindset exploring practical ways to nurture this mindset within their teams, encouraging adaptability and resilience of ongoing change
• Create a Supportive Environment by prioritizing transparent communication, collaboration, and continuous feedback throughout the transition process, ensuring all voices are heard and valued
