Healthcare executives, directors, managers, supervisors, team leads, coordinators, department heads, program managers, clinical leaders, nurse leaders, physician leaders, administrative leaders, quality improvement leaders, educators, and any healthcare professionals in leadership or aspiring roles.
Project management is more than templates, trackers, and tactics. It’s art and science that meets teams where they are to drive impact in the communities we serve. In this two-part session, we’ll start by diving into a wide range of frameworks and concepts to reinforce your project management toolbox. We’ll reflect on tools you can use to engage teams and when they may be the most beneficial. In the second session, we’ll shift focus to more comprehensive project strategy and prioritization, as well as ways to visualize progress and tell your team’s story. We hope you’ll leave with a flexible approach that empowers you to carry projects forward, whether taking on a complex major initiative or quickly implementing a new idea. Please join us for both sessions if you can. We will foster connections between concepts from each discussion. However, participants will also be able to leave with key takeaways from each individual session.
