About the Speaker
Megan O'Connor, DNP, RN, NE-BC
Dr. Megan O’Connor has over 20 years of experience in medical-surgical, critical care, and logistics nursing. She is a seasoned nurse leader, having held nursing management positions in medicine, psychiatry, observation and logistics. Currently, Megan holds the position of Director of the Patient Logistics Center with UNC Health Care, where she has administrative responsibility for internal and external patient movement. Dr. O’Connor received her BSN, MSN and DNP from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well Bachelor Degrees in Biology and Psychology. She currently serves as adjunct faculty for Chamberlain University and Capella University. Primary areas of interest that have resulted in publication or presentation include communication, interdisciplinary teamwork, organizational culture, and gaming.

Cancellations must be in writing (email or mail).
Registrants cancelling between two weeks and five full business days prior to the first day of the event are "refunded at 70% of the registration fee subject to a minimum $25 cancellation fee."
No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received less than five full business days prior to the event.
No refunds or credit will be given for no-shows.
No vouchers will be issued in lieu of a refund.
