RN Refresher students, RN Refresher graduates, Graduate Nurses

Description

Refresh your nursing skills and build confidence through hands-on practice at UNC Charlotte’s state-of-the-art simulation center. Designed for nurses looking to revisit essential clinical skills, this one-day course offers a dynamic blend of instruction and simulation-based learning.

Led by experienced faculty from the UNC Charlotte School of Nursing, participants will review and practice common nursing procedures in a realistic simulation lab environment. The day concludes with a comprehensive adult inpatient simulation scenario, allowing learners to apply their refreshed knowledge in a supportive, real-world setting.

Whether you're returning to practice or simply want to sharpen your skills, this course provides the perfect opportunity to gain confidence and competence through guided, hands-on experience.

*Sterile wound dressing changes
*Nasogastric tube insertion and removal
*Injections
*Intravenous Therapy
*Urinary Catheterization
