Creative Spaces of Healing: Honoring Ourselves to Sustain Community

Creative Spaces of Healing is a hands-on workshop that invites participants to explore fun, holistic ways of caring for themselves as part of a broader healing journey. Through creative and experiential activities, participants will workshop their healing by learning about the benefits of different teas, creating a personalized care blend, exploring essential oils while making care candles, and closing in a healing circle that affirms the importance of self-care as a foundation for collective care. Participants will engage in creative, hands-on healing practices that support self-awareness, grounding, and intentional self-care, while exploring how personal wellness contributes to collective care and community sustainability.
