Please join us for the 27th Anniversary Mother’s Special Gift Conference. This year we will learn more about improving breastfeeding outcomes where it matters most—at discharge and beyond. This focused, evidence-based session introduces the nationally recognized Spatz 10 Step Model for Human Milk and Breastfeeding Excellence, giving healthcare teams a clear, practical framework to strengthen lactation support across care settings.
The program is designed for RNs, LPNs, Community Health Workers, Lactation Consultants, Dietitians, and IBCLCs, the course connects the science of human milk with real world practice. You’ll gain insight into key components of human milk, identify common risks that disrupt secretory activation, and explore how consistent, team-based approaches can improve discharge readiness and long-term breastfeeding success—especially for families at higher risk.
Led by internationally renowned and distinguished leader in perinatal and neonatal care, Diane L. Spatz, PhD, RN-BC, FAWHONN, FAAN, this course moves beyond theory to actionable change. Walk away with at least one concrete practice improvement you can implement immediately to support equitable, family centered lactation care. Cancellations must be in writing (email or mail).
Registrants cancelling between two weeks and five full business days prior to the first day of the event are "refunded at 70% of the registration fee subject to a minimum $25 cancellation fee."
No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received less than five full business days prior to the event.

No vouchers will be issued in lieu of a refund.
