Resilience is at the heart of exceptional oncology care, making it essential to support both those receiving care and those providing it. This conference explores the critical intersections of clinician well-being and patient-centered care within oncology settings.

Participants will engage in a dynamic learning experience that balances the needs of oncology clinicians with the lived experiences of patients. Through expert-led presentations, interactive sessions, and practical discussions, attendees will gain actionable strategies to manage professional stress, enhance resilience, and provide compassionate, holistic care.

Designed for social workers, counselors, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, this conference offers both in-person and virtual participation options to maximize accessibility and engagement. Attendees will leave equipped with evidence-informed tools to support both their own well-being and the psychosocial needs of the individuals and families they serve.
