CRM helps individuals and communities understand the impact of trauma and chronic stress on the nervous system and teaches six simple wellness skills to restore balance in body, mind, and spirit. Designed for anyone seeking effective self-care strategies, CRM empowers participants to track their own nervous systems and share these tools with others, fostering resilience across families and communities.
