• 01b_Participants will be able to identify strategies to balance the position you hold with the person you are.
• 02_Participants will be able to List the new relationship-based program for local health department senior nurse leaders that facilitates a path to building skills, knowledge, and employee engagement.
• 03_Participants will be able to identify and adopt at least one self-care strategy that you will implement in your daily routine.
