RESPOND - Building a Toolbox for Trauma-Informed Champions
The overall design of the 90-minute session is to enable participants to respond to the relevance of trauma by recognizing that all people within an organization, system, and or institution have a need to be safe, seen, and heard as they express themselves authentically. In addition, participants will receive resources, guidance, and support in understanding the role of an individual champion, a champion team, and an organization or system in the implementation of Trauma-informed, Resilience-oriented, Equity-focused systems.
