RECOGNIZE- Understanding the Deeper Impacts of Trauma
The overall design of this 90-minute session is to enable participants to recognize the triggers and signs of trauma, including race, gender, age, or setting-specific. Trauma screening and assessment will be discussed regarding the recognition of trauma as it relates to professional development, employee and leadership practices. Participants will also explore the importance of conducting a readiness self-assessment for identifying next steps in becoming a TIROES organization.
