Continuing Education Credit For Pharmacists:
The University Of North Carolina Eshelman School Of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. The program ACPE#(Pharmacist) provides 6.0 contact hours of continuing pharmacy education credit. To receive CE credit, you must complete the CE attendance form and the evaluation of the program. Statement of credit can be viewed and printed in CPE Monitor. Statements of CE Credit will be processed in approximately 2 to 3 weeks. **No partial credit will be available**

• KENNEDY: Understand the role of the pharmacist in managing toxicities with bispecific therapies
• KENNEDY: Describe toxicities with immunotherapies and how to manage them
• KENNEDY: Discuss the difference between hazardous medications and handling
• KENNEDY: Review new oncology therapeutic categories (e.g. gene therapy)
• ANDERSON: Define Cardiovascular Kidney Metabolic (CKM) Syndrome
• ANDERSON: Describe the link between social determinants of health (SDoH) and CKM Syndrome
• ANDERSON: Identify evidence-based pharmacotherapy that reduces cardiovascular, kidney, and metabolic risk in CKM Syndrome
• ANDERSON: Construct an evidence-based care plan to treat patients with CKM and Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)
• NAGY: Describe the pharmacology of cannabis, including major cannabinoids and their mechanisms of action
• NAGY: Differentiate between various cannabis product formulations and their clinical implications
• NAGY: Assess federal and state regulatory requirements and integrate compliance considerations into patient care decisions
