Trauma recovery is a deeply personal journey—and healing can take many forms. This experiential session introduces participants to a variety of innovative and expressive modalities that support trauma reprocessing, emotional regulation, and post-traumatic growth.
We’ll explore Trauma Reprocessing through Instinctual Trauma Response (ITR), a structured method that helps individuals safely revisit and reframe traumatic memories. The concept of pendulation, drawn from somatic practices, will be introduced as a powerful tool for helping clients move between states of distress and safety. Participants will also discover the healing potential of Art and Music Therapy, which allow for non-verbal expression and emotional release, and the grounding benefits of Mindfulness and Breathwork, which restore balance to the nervous system.
Finally, we’ll highlight the concept of Post-Traumatic Growth, emphasizing how individuals can emerge from trauma with renewed purpose, deeper relationships, and greater inner strength.
